Shipping Policy
We ship using multiple carriers: US Postal Service, UPS and Fed Ex. Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the order as well as the expected delivery date. Rush orders typically have a higher shipping cost due to carrier prices. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping.

We provide local deliveries in Danville, Alamo, San Ramon, Dublin, Concord, Walnut Creek, Moraga, Lafayette and Pleasant Hill. We will also deliver other cities in the East Bay and greater San Francisco / Oakland for additional fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of items we create and the deign services involved with personalizing your order, complete order cancellations will only be processed if we haven’t started working on your project.
If project work has begun, we will charge our design services rate of $75/hour. We normally waive this fee with with most orders. Your refund will be based on calculating the amount of time spent on design minus the amount paid. The balance will be refunded. If shipping charges were pre-paid, those will be fully refunded.
Request for cancellation can be done by email or phone call. Please allow 48 hours from cancellation request processing.
